Scholarship Awards

The DeepMind Scholarship offers two types of awards: one for International students and one for UK students.

International Scholarship

The total value of the International Scholarship is £56,525, which covers:

Equipment Purchases (e.g., laptops): £1,700
Relocation Expenses: £1,870

UK Scholarship

The total value of the UK Scholarship is £34,225, which covers:

Tuition Fees: £11,340
Maintenance/Living Costs: £18,985
Attendance at International Conferences: £2,200
Equipment Purchases: £1,700

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the DeepMind Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Gender: Female students are encouraged to apply.
Nationality: Applicants must be EU, Non-EU, or UK nationals.
Offer: Must have a conditional or unconditional offer to study the MSc in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence at the University of Birmingham.
Financial Need: Applicants must demonstrate that they cannot secure admission without financial assistance.
